Dynamic Alignment

Dynamic Alignment follows the teaching of BKS Iyengar. Enjoy a dynamic approach, with a focus on alignment. These classes include inversions, backbends, and sun salutations. Props are used to give the body more freedom in challenging postures. This precise discipline teaches refinement while building strength and flexibility. This is an intermediate level class, and not suitable for beginners.

Basics

Basics teaches the foundation postures of Iyengar yoga with precision. The emphasis is on anatomical details and the alignment of each posture. Poses are often modified with props to make them more accessible. This physical practice is excellent for building strength and flexibility.

Morning Movement

This Vinyasa practice will include Asana which not only serve in the strengthening and toning of the muscular and skeletal systems, but also improve the health of our internal systems. Through the physical practice of movement and breath, our mental and emotional state are also encouraged to relax. These classes are suitable for all levels and offer the opportunity for healing & repair on all levels.

Alignment

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is appropriate for all levels and ages of practitioners. The moderate pace creates an accessible environment for students with less yoga experience. Practitioners are encouraged to move the body in a gentle, comfortable way, without the potential for strain.

A Yogaheart Experience

This is your time to slow down, to feel and to breathe. We want to nurture you in a safe and peaceful environment so that you can relax, quieten, and connect to your soul. In order to facilitate the best possible experience, we ask you to please respect the sanctity of our studio by leaving your shoes, phones, and noise, outside of our practice space. We also offer bespoke experiences to individual clients and private groups. If you would like to arrange something truly special, speak to us.

YOGAHEART TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment for monthly fees/packages must be paid in full before the start of class.

All Fees/packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended or shared.

Monthly Fees
Monthly fees must be paid by the 1st of the month, and cover classes for that calendar month.

Class Packages (Expiry Dates)
The 5-class pass expires after 3 months; the 10-class pass expires after 6 months. If the class pass expires before the entire package has been used, the remaining classes are no longer active and the student must purchase additional classes.
